TERMS & CONDITIONS - CANCELLATION POLICY
Hair Extensions are not always for everyone, for a number of reasons including; some people find them uncomfortable to wear, do not have the time to maintain and take care of them correctly. During the consultation the team at Goddess will assess your hair and explain all of the options and advise accordingly .
If you are unhappy about anything, it is advised you discuss this with your extensionist so you can work together to try to resolve the issue
During the consultation you will be informed of the cost of fitting. It is up to the client to agree to the cost and provide appropriate funds.
A patch test for colour must be done 48 hours before any colour application. Goddess Extensions does not accept any responsibility after this 48 hours.
During the consultation clients booking an appointment for extensions will be asked for a deposit of £150.00 to cover part payment. This payment will be deducted from the final payment. All final payments must be paid on the day of completion.
No appointments will be booked without a non-refundable deposit.
Cash payments are required for all services, we can accept bank transfers.
Extensions should only be removed by a professional.
Last minute cancellations giving less than 48 hours notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
Should you give more than 48 hours notice your appointment will be moved and you will retain your deposit against your next appointment.
To cancel an appointment a telephone conversation must take place on the salon number 01543 254018 within working hours speaking with a member of staff. We do not accept texts, voicemails or use of social networking sites as ways to cancel.
Removal charge depends on the method used for attachment and the length of time taken to remove extensions.
There is a £25.00 per hour charge for excessive matting.
Goddess Extensions is not responsible for any damage caused by clients or others trying to remove their hair extensions.

You are paying for the service Goddess Extensions provides rather than a product and therefore cannot be refunded.

Extensions can last many months depending on method of attachment and most importantly the correct aftercare, which is up to the client to maintain, that shall be explained at the fitting. During this time some clients may need a top-up/reattachment between applications, this can be provided at an extra cost
Refitting of lost extensions are priced as follows
Up to 20 refitted £10.00
Up to 40 refitted £20.00
More than 40 maintenance cost is required.
